A Monella History.

The speech was logic and when, in a few days, the opportunity presented itself to take a look at a local in Via Roma in Polignano a Mare, we do not thought twice. With two designers visited those fifty square meters at number 29.
They were a few meters for any restaurant. Except for what they had in their mind. The step was short: soon threw your heart over the obstacle and began to build their idea of fast food fish.
Now they needed two things: a name and a chef.
The first of the two came so bizarre, with the participation of over 300 people on Facebook. The ideas were many, and the circle is closed briefly around a name: Pescaria, fishermen kitchen.
It was now spring, the work proceeded, and everyone had their work cut out. All except one: the chef, that still was not there. It was not easy. It was not by all.
The rising anxiety and the opening was approaching: a friend made the name of a friend. They called, they met, liked Polignano, liked the idea.
In short, we hit it off and agreed to a brief consultation. The chef was really concentred and, in front of more than five hundred people who suddenly gremirono via Roma, Pescaria began his story.
This went beyond the most optimistic expectations. The sandwiches were delicious and Pescaria liked so much. The chef did not go away and that was a summer in which he worked a lot and equally amused.
And everything began as a working relationship soon became a stronger bond of each contract.
A year has passed and Milan is around the corner. The work is ever more, lot of hard work. But staying together and make of all the colors is beautiful.
So we thought we’d share with you this story just begun.
